I had to write a rave review after Amy just saved the day! I was in a car accident and Progressive was denying the claim. I failed to have a photo inspection done, as I had purchased the car just 2 months prior, and listed it as being new. Within minutes Amy had resolved the issue and the claim went through. It s amazing to have someone that will drop everything and realize the urgency of the issue. You need to have someone that is on your side! I can t even imagine trying to resolve this issue with an online insurance agency. Thank you Amy!

Amy and her staff at the Bryan Insurance Agency are nothing helpful and professional. You can really tell they put the customer first and love what they do. Two thumbs up for the Bryan Insurance Agency. I've used this agency for all my insurance needs for the past 5 years now. Every member of the Bryan team has been professional and courteous. I wanted to share my most recent experience.
My wife and I were just married and being she was from out of state she needed to get her car registered and insured in NY. When we contacted the Agency they were immediately there to help and had my wife added to my policy within minutes. The quick turnaround by this staff helped make the transition for my wife and I very seamless and stress free. They even helped her with step by step instructions on how to get her car registered and her title transferred through the DMV.
It is this kind of customer service that keeps me with the Bryan Insurance Agency.

When I got my car near totaled from a freak hailstorm that is when I realized how good they were. They took care of the claim and I got all factory original parts so I would not have to deal with the stress like I would of with someone else. Amy, the owner was prompt with my claim and got my car back as new. The adjuster wanted to cut a few corners, but she made sure it wouldn't happen and I am grateful for it. Saved me tons of stress. I had another claim on glass and they helped me out there as well. Had my auto and property insurance with them for several years now. I was compelled to write this review after a friend asked which agency I use and googling it happened to see a negative review posted. I remembered how they took care of my claim seamlessly- and how rare that is these days.
